Italiana is a small delicatessen focused on providing an authentic Italian deli experience. Ersilia imports and sources locally produced Italian speciality foods, as well as other Western Australian produce created by local food artisans. Her vision was to bring high-quality food products to the market and allow her to express her identity and culture through food.
